We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of product. We only refund purchases made from our website and warranties require a proof of purchase. Overland Hammock product warranties last two years unless noted otherwise.
If your products are unused and in new condition, you may return your purchase within 90 days from the day you purchased to receive a 100% refund. To return an item: All returned orders must be pre-authorized by us.
Please fill out the form below and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will provide you with a return shipping address. All returns MUST be in brand new and resalable condition and MUST be returned in the original packaging with all the original material. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are NO restocking fees for returned items.
In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or we made an error processing your order please contact us right away. We will arrange for a pickup or refund you all return shipping charges after we receive the product back into our warehouse. All returned items must be pre-authorized and sent back in the original packaging with all the original material. After we verify the returned item(s) we will send a refund or replacement. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all unauthorized returns.
